Nathan Lewis
Founder & Principal Consultant
I started Lewis Intelligence because I kept seeing the same problem: small businesses and professional services firms running on processes that were never designed to scale — manual workarounds, scattered information, and workflows that depended entirely on individual memory and effort.
I spent over a decade inside Fortune 500 environments designing and automating complex operational processes where compliance, accuracy, and control are non-negotiable. That experience gave me a clear view of how work actually moves through organizations — where it slows down, where it breaks, and how to fix it in a way that lasts.
I’m also completing my MBA, which sharpens how I evaluate operational decisions through a financial and strategic lens — not just a technical one. The goal is always practical improvement, not technology for its own sake.

What makes this firm different from a typical tech consultant.
Most consultants either come from a pure technology background and miss the business context, or they advise without building. Lewis Intelligence bridges both.
Business-first perspective, shaped by real operations experience
I’m not a career technologist working in theory. I’ve spent over a decade inside high-volume, high-stakes operating environments where inefficient processes create real cost, delays, and risk. I understand how work actually moves through organizations — where breakdowns happen, how they compound, and what it takes to fix them in a way that sticks. My MBA strengthens how I evaluate operational decisions through a financial and strategic lens.
Deep understanding of how AI and automation apply in real environments
I stay close to how modern automation and AI tools are evolving — and more importantly, how they translate into real business value. Technology alone doesn’t fix workflows. Meaningful improvement comes from understanding the business context first, mapping how work actually gets done, and then applying the right tools to simplify and strengthen those processes. The goal is always practical adoption, not novelty.
Builder mindset with an operator’s judgment
I don’t just recommend improvements — I design and implement working systems. My background building automation inside complex enterprise environments means I can move quickly, avoid unnecessary complexity, and keep the focus on solutions that deliver measurable operational impact. Operational clarity isn’t optional. It determines risk exposure, financial accuracy, and your ability to scale.
